Policies

SHIPPING

Each item is handmade to order and generally takes about a week to craft and prepare your order for mailing, but may take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please email hello@anjaligoods.com before ordering and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. 

RETURNS

Most of our goods are handmade to order, one at a time, just for you. Please read the listing description carefully, check all measurements, and contact us with any questions before making your purchase. All sales are final unless we determine the item to be damaged or defective, or if we make an exception, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If a return is granted, we must receive your request within 14 days of receipt of your order, and it must be unused and unworn, in re-salable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defect.

REPAIRS

We are happy to offer repairs on your Anjali goods whenever possible. Please email us at hello@anjaligoods.com or use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page with photos and a description of the repair needed. You will be responsible for shipping and repair charges except in cases of defect.

LOST PACKAGES
Anjali is not res
ponsible for lost or stolen packages that were successfully delivered to the provided address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you can receive packages securely.
